Bequests

Gifts by will are a popular method of making a deferred gift to charity. In a will, you may make a bequest to a charitable organization such as the Catholic Biblical Studies Program. You may choose to leave a specific dollar amount, a fixed percentage of your estate, or you can designate that the balance (residue) of the estate is left to the designated charitable organization after you have provided for selected individuals.

By remembering the CBS Program in your will, the value of your bequest is wholly deductible and is not subject to federate estate or state inheritance taxes. You will also know that your final gift will ensure the continunace of this program and its mission to deepen appreciation and understanding of the word of God.
